wedding photographer and videographer FAQ

FAQ

Question: Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Answer: Yes, we do, but it is through PAYPAL.

Question: How long is the turnaround for the wedding photography package?

Answer: About three to four weeks due to its postproduction phase, which could involve some retouching, color correction, album design and other digital process.

Question: How long is the turnaround for a video package?

Answer: The basic package, about two weeks; the other packages, about four to six weeks.

Question: Do you shoot on film also?

Answer: Yes, if requested, but this is extra. If you think you will have a lot of orders for poster size prints, we could definitely shoot your formal portraits with a medium format camera with a bigger negative, which is more high resolution than any of the digital SLR’s in the market.

Question: Why is it recommended to have an assistant to work with the photographer or videographer?

Answer: Because with an assistant, the photographer or videographer can get to concentrate capturing your images or video without being bogged down by dealing with the technical stuff of this job.

Question: How much is the deposit for a wedding or events package?

Answer: The deposit is 40% of the cost of the package. Then 20% at the time of the event. Then another 40%, to fulfill all the cost of the package, when all the products are delivered.

Question: How many backgrounds do you have for a studio portrait?

Answer: We have twenty and more are being added. and be our fan and/or Follow revonphotograph on Twitter and get updated on our new backdrops, props and of course, special offers and discounts. Not only that, you do get a 10% discount on all our services and prints as our follower or fan.

Question: Could I have my family studio pictures done at home?

Answer: Yes, you could. For a studio shoot using our own backdrop, we just need a space as big as a one car garage or a typical living room. Or if you have a nice backyard, we could also use your backyard.

Or we could also use a natural backdrop of your own choice (for example, a nearby beach or park).

Question: Why is it better to do the formal wedding portraits before the ceremony?

Answer: Because it is more relaxed, the wedding party is not rushing to get to the reception. But if there is at least a two hour gap between the ending of the wedding ceremony and the reception, then that is sufficient time to do most of the wedding portraits. However, if this is not feasible, we are willing to work with you.
